GAS Student Exhibition
Description: Announcing EVOLUTION 2025, a juried exhibition showcasing the works of current GAS Student Members as part of the Texas 2025 Glass Art Society Conference. All artwork will be submitted via online application, then juried for acceptance and awards. The dates of the GAS 2024 Conference are May 14-17, 2025.

Timeline:
NOVEMBER 11, 2024 - Application opens.
JANUARY 5, 2025 - Application deadline.
FEBRUARY 2025: Artist notification.
MAY 14-17, 2025: Awards announced at Texas 2025 GAS Conference.
Awards: The jury panel will evaluate all eligible student entries and select winners. Awardees MUST be GAS Student Members through May 17, 2025. Previously, more than $5000 in cash and supplies have been awarded to student winners. To donate a student exhibition award, please email programs@glassart.org.
Sales: GAS encourages the sale of artwork during the course of EVOLUTION 2025. Artists may list work as "Not for Sale," otherwise, please include sales price in USD excluding any shipping costs in application. GAS will take a 30% commission of sales for this exhibition. GAS will not be responsible for any shipping of sold work; buyer must pay and arrange for shipping of sold work.
Shipping: Shipping details will be provided to artists selected to participate in the exhibition. Submitting artists will be responsible for shipping costs to/from the exhibition location.

Eligibility and Guidelines:
- Must be a current student member of the Glass Art Society through May 17, 2025.
- Artwork must feature glass as the primary element or subject matter and will be selected on the basis of originality, intentionality, innovative use of glass, and noteworthy promise.
- All submitted work must be original and have been completed within the last three (3) years. (2022, 2023, 2024).
- No more than one entry may be submitted per student.
- Image File Specifications: Format: JPEG, PNG, TIFF. Dimensions: 1200 pixels or higher on the shortest side. Resolution: 150 dpi or higher. Size: 25 MB maximum.
By submitting your image and information, you agree to the following:
- To allow GAS to use your image and submitted information in the exhibition.
- To be reviewed by a panel of jurors for possible inclusion in the exhibition and consideration for awards.
- To allow GAS to use the submitted image and information in any other online or printed publications and media for promotional purposes.
